The world of education and action research...

In the world of education, action research plays a vital role in helping us find the data in what we can't necessarily see and what is sometimes hidden.  Almost anything that one wants to know can be put into an action research project in order to find out the data they want to know.  If you need results or data, you should put it into an action research plan to help you make your students, school and district more successful.  It is due to action research that the changing world of education is taking the turn that it is, and it is the reason behind the progress being made in education today.  Scholars around the world have figured out that data written down in books is no longer the key to success as it has been in the past.  It must be more current to keep up with the fast paced world that we live in with the students of today's society.  Technology and education are quickly changing, and we must keep up with the changes in order to be successful.  We must continue to complete the action research projects as the changes occur in this fast paced world so that we can have the data available to us as educators.
