1.The elementary at-risk
students will improve academically at the end of each six weeks after being
mentored by high school students in the Peer Assisted Leadership Program.

I love the idea of elementary students being mentored by high school students! I wanted to do something similar to this, but our district has one high school and it's far away. We're in a rural area in a consolidated district. I can't wait to hear the results. Maybe one day if/when I'm a principal I can use your research as a springboard to do the same!
